Frequently Asked Questions
How does the sliding puzzle feeder work?
Fill the compartments with kibble or small treats and slide the covers closed. Your dog learns to nose the sliders aside to reveal the food.
Is it good for dogs that eat too fast?
Yes — it is designed for dogs who gulp their food. The puzzle forces a slower pace, which supports calmer mealtimes and better digestion.
What if my dog has never used a puzzle feeder?
Start with a few compartments uncovered so your dog learns the game, then close them all as they get the hang of it. Always supervise play.
How fast is shipping?
