My picky pet usually ignores new things, but not this. Quality is great and it has held up really well so far.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to freeze or wet the cooling mat?
No. The gel inside is pressure-activated, so it starts cooling as soon as your pet lies on it, with no preparation at all.
How long does the cooling last?
A typical session stays cool for a few hours of rest, and the mat recharges itself after a short period without pressure on it.
Can cats use it too?
Yes – the mat works for any pet that lies on it, and it is a popular cool spot for cats in warm weather as well.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days across the US. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
